Our pricing depends on group size, exclusive vs. non-exclusive use, day of the week, etc. Our typical fee structure includes a small rental fee along with an alcohol minimum. If you reach the minimum, then you don't owe anything more!
There are several options to feed your group while at Random Row:
Billy Pie: Great for groups up to 25 people, our in-house pizza kitchen can serve up fresh, made-to-order pizzas for your group. Check out our menu here!
Catering: We've partnered with Flavor Kitchen and Moe's BBQ to offer great catering options for larger events. We've worked with both companies extensively and are confident they will provide a top notch food experience for you and your guests.
Food Trucks: This is a great option for exclusive events. You are welcome to book a food truck (and we are happy to give recommendations). We only ask that you run your plans by our team (events@randomrow.com) in advance so we can coordinate.

Due to ABC license restrictions, we cannot allow outside alcohol. We've got you covered with award winning craft beers, local wine and cider, as well as hard seltzer.
Yes. If you reserve the outdoor space and are worried about the weather, you may want to consider a tent rental. Previous groups have had great experience with VA Tent Rental (434-296-7595). VA Tent Rental will allow you to cancel your reservation a few days in advance and will refund you 75% of the total amount, which offers nice flexibility. If you do use a tent, they must be secured by water barrels (by order of the Charlottesville Fire Marshal).
