Every Monday we offer local athletes interested in running, triathlon, and other endurance sports the chance to get together and increase their core strength and overall body fitness (as well as do some running!) with Jason and Ann Dunn.
Jason and Ann have over 25 years of NCAA middle and long distance coaching experience at places like UVA, Stanford, Cal, Kentucky, and Oklahoma. In 2016 they permanently moved back to Charlottesville to start Formula Complete Fitness, a fitness studio focused on treadmill-based interval training as well as core & strength training, and we are lucky to have them! Their group workouts involve a lot of instruction and are designed for beginners, highly competitive athletes, and anyone in between. Monday Sessions at Random Row are open to the public and free of charge!

In addition to years of competitive coaching experience, Ann also holds a Masters of Science degree in Exercise Physiology, is a certified personal trainer, and a former NCAA Division I All-American in the mile (Wisconsin). Jason, who ran at William & Mary, was a provisional qualifier for both the NCAA Championships and Olympic Trials in the steeplechase. He has coached over 50 collegiate All-Americans, including one NCAA champion, four NCAA runners-up, seven NCAA third-place finishers, as well as sending multiple athletes to the Olympic Trials.
