Join Ann and Jason Dunn for a supplemental workout designed for runners, athletes, and couch potatoes alike. Get faster, stronger, and more efficient by joining us for a circuit-style running workout with drills, light plyometrics, and resistance work nestled between running intervals.  Ann and Jason have over 20 years of combined NCAA coaching experience and will get you in shape whether you are a newcomer or an experienced athlete, or somewhere in between!
